Parking brake bar Empty Parking brake bar

Took my rear drums off to take a look at the brakes and noticed the "bar" that works the emergency brake was missing. Is this piece econoline specific or can I grab one from a falcon, mustang, etc...?

Also, is there any advice on freeing up stuck emergency brake cables as well?

I'm not sure if that bar is E100 only, but I'm sure someone has one and the cable too. I have them but can't get to them right now.

Thanks, but I have a 63 parts van I was gonna use if it has them. Just wanted to ask before trying to get the drum off the parts van. (Its been sitting for a while)
