by Guest Wed Jun 03, 2009 9:32 pmHaven't been on for awhile. I had a mild stroke that affected my left side and I haven't had the strength to sit up much since. Haven't eaten much either and I lost 22 pounds. That is probably the best part of the ordeal. They also decided that my blood sugars were out of control so I am now on insulin four times a day. My stomach feels like a dart board. Can't walk far yet but getting better little by little. Anyway I am glad to be back to my favorite site and catch up on what I have missed the past two weeks.

Thanks all for the well wishes. I feel better everyday. I am to onery to give up the ghost just yet. My shoulder surgery has been put off for four months so I can have time to replenish my strength. They injected some new drug into both of my knees today that is supposed to work wonders and put off having both knees replaced for awhile anyway. I am itchin to do some more work on the 65.
