Did you get one? Remember, the trick to installing one is to remove the wires from the curved plugs using a small screwdriver to release the tab on the wire sockets. That's the only way to feed the wires through the hole in the collar on under the steering wheel, this is even described in the original shop manual! The switch instructions don't tell you this. Be sure to write down the order of the wires so you put them back in the plugs correctly! If you already knew this, its a public service message for any newbies who might not know and might cut the plugs off and try to splice the wires back! They slip right out if you do it right!
