I have a 61 with original tranny and driveshaft mounted to a 1964 200. I am going to be installing a 9" rear with 3.00 to 1 ratio. Other than changing u joint to match the larger yoke on the 9, will this driveshaft fit length wise and will it be strong enough or do I need to have a new one made.
