Door lock cylinder covers

Does anyone know how to get those little buggers in there? I've finally bought two new covers for my doors on the right. Can't get em in. Got the locks out.. and I'm stuck, the springy thingy already jumped away, was lucky to find it again
What's weird is my right door lock and the cargo door lock is different..
