Pictures 5,10,11,and 12 show the floor bracket configuration for the rear bench seats. Note the extra double wide bracket for the front seat. To date, I can find no reason it's necessary. Why would the front seat require more mounts than the rear? The front seat can be installed the same way as the rear. I see no reason the double bracket is necessary.

Its the cover for the side step arm that makes the step slide out when the door opens.
