Chevy Dog house for Econoline v8

I am re-doing my interior. Trying to get a bigger dog house for the v8. I have believe some here have used a Chevy dog house sides , front and rear with the ford cover. Does anyone have any thoughts / ideas on this? Is the Chevy wider , if so about how much? Any pictures of the Chevy dog house? Anyone have one for sale?

we have a guy in our van club who has a 64 ford van with a 302 who used
the second gen chevy lower doghouse and used the ford lid and it fit with no
modifications. didn`t know till he said something about it.
