Mine is a 4 speed. It was a little bit of a challenge to rebuild it, but lucky I have friends that have friends, that have friends. I top out about 65mph

That's coool man. I might need to rebuilt mine soon as well. Can't downshift from 3rd into 2nd gear 1st etc.
