Would like to replace the rubber bushing that is in the tail piece of the tranny that the bolt goes through. Can someone chime in on where I can get such an animal?
    Thanks.........John

If it's an early 3 speed manual with the top mount, Energy Suspension part # 9-9484G fits right in after you remove all of the old mount bushing from the trans... At least it did on mine.

I got mine on Amazon. I think it's actually a lower control arm bushing for a Chevy. But, like I said it fits perfect on my truck

DaGroats, I received the bushing today. I took out the old one and will attempt to replace it with the new one. A quick question, there is a sleeve in the tail piece where the new bushing goes in. That stays in, correct? I think if it is taken out, the new bushing will be too small and will be sloppy. Please advise, and thanks for the help........John

Replaced the the tail piece bushing with Energy Suspension part # 9-9484. Left the original steel sleeve in and took alittle off of the new bushing to make it fit tight. The original bolt was not the correct size, so I replaced it with a 9/16 3 1/2" hex bolt. Nice tight fit. Thanks guys............John
