paint screw up

Went to shoot the two tone , ordered single stage and when I shot it turns out they sold me base coat. I've never shot base-clear so didnt have clear to finish it as its only my 2nd time painting. Thought I was done but now have to start over. 10 hours sanding ,taping, and making a temp. booth in the garage wasted. Rant over , sorry.

Ah man that sucks. I hope they are paying for the next round of paint.

my Kirker paint lets me mix clear into my final base coat, so I dont have to shoot additional clear on it,,,,,,

The paint shop gave me the new paint for free, or should say no extra charge. I wish I would have had some clear, I would have given it a try.

That sucks chainsaw. They screwed up what should have been a great day and a great relief. It's coming though brother, just going to take a little longer!
