rear heating, repurposing of old bits..? Empty rear heating, repurposing of old bits..?

    1.  Has anyone got any information or links to images to vans with a 'repurposed' falcon/econo front heater box into the BACK of a van for the passengers?  Old Air Products makes one thats basically the same thing, just not as cool...

    2. (I've never seen the insides of one, so don't judge this question) Has anyone ever looked into adding an evaporator to the stock falcon/econo front box to make it dual purpose?  I am wondering if it could be done?  Maybe Old Air could consult...?

If I were to go all out and use their kits, I like this one up front..

And this one hidden in our travel wagon cabinet, along with the above heater...

nice stuff...but real steep in price. If you want a small box w/ a fan, try looking at heaters fro mid to late 30's and 40's cars. Simple bulkhead mount heaters with slow working powerful fans.

I got a 30 Chevy bulkhead heater thats 6" across x 10" tall x 4" thick....I may mount in the rear corner with an Aux switch on the dash.
