    No.
    First gen is a smaller,12 gal. tank.Second is a larger 22/24 gal. tank.
    First gen uses a 30 Ohm sending unit,second gen uses a 90 Ohm.
    BUT....you can move the cross member forward and fit the larger tank.
    Several folks have.I'm sure others can give you better direction on this,I haven't done this before.

    Actually 67 is 16 gallon, the larger tank did not make it in till 68  Question
