    Im geting ready to redo the fornt brakes in my 64 and was wondering about brake lines. How do I replace them? Can I buy some? Do I have to make my own and if so how do I do that? I want to know your guy's imput on this.

    Hey Ryan,
    Read up on this. The first part is on the brake lines. You will most likely have to have them made or make them yourself. Of course you will need a small pipe bender and a flaring kit. But you will get your money's worth out of it!

    I would just measure what you need and go to Napa and get the closest size of their armored steel wound brake lines that have the fittings on them already. You can bend them by hand. These are the lines I used to convert a single line master cylinder to a dual. But you can pick out the size and Napa part numbers that you need......

    Since you got a round master cylinder in the bracket,,,,cut out the back door so the dual master cylinder will fit in there,,,,,cut out the piece near the radiator,,,,And look at that Blue No Post,,,,,,that shows a lot of work being done on a 1st gen Chevy,,,,,
