I see threads that say Steele has the correct seal for the engine cover lid. Steele has a couple listed but none are specific to the first gen G. Does anyone have a part # or any experience with them? Thanks for the help, Jerry

It comes in a roll and you cut to size. Just need to glue it down not as tight as the original. Here is everything you need for seals. This thread will give you everything you need.

This works perfect and seals tight and is a fraction of Steele's price...has self stick strip and you cut it to length...

I used a cavalier trunk seal, as suggested on here, and It seems to work great. and I got it at a local pull a part yard for 4 bucks. I cant remember how the seal on my econoline was, but, im sure it could be made to fit pretty easily.
