i dont know where to get a new one, but i have a cheaper solution for you.

    i used this stuff,

    farm3.static.flickr.com/2769/4280145058_f5fa317d3a.jpg

you can get it at home depot near the storm doors

applied one roll (10ft) to the bottom surface and one roll to the top surface. each side will use almost all 10 feet. i have no more leaks its quiet and it fits great.

    good luck

i believe it was just called "marine and auto weather strip". when i bought it i thought it seemed like a hokey idea, but i was extremely impressed. i know ill use it in the future in other applications.
