Just wanted to say thanks to those that make this site so great! I have been into Vans almost all of my, driving, life and this site is really cool. The mods update every day with vans for sale and I have found two, locally, that I would have missed otherwise. People are quick to complain and slow to commend, so thanks again!

Re: This site is awsome!
I agree, the site is a must if you own a vintage van. I pretty much visit it twice a day (morning/evening) most every day unless I get sidetracked. It's provided a lot of good info and I've met several members since joining. I've also dealt with a number of members here buying needed parts thru the years as they become available from time to time and all transactions/interactions turned out being yet another good experience. It (this site) really is made up of a bunch of good guys, great vans and projects, along with a lot of experience/knowledge. Scott...

Re: This site is awsome!
' My wife and I are car peeps. Always have had a weekend toy in the garage of one kind or another. We just sold the most recent toy a 1971 Original Austin Mini. We had our fun and time to let the next owner have fun. Told the wife to take the money and "get what ever you want I'll fix her up". There is a pool cleaning guy in the neighborhood, parks across the street in a red 63 Econoline pickup. Pretty clean. Wife says "I've made my decision" and pointed across the street. " I want that!" First thought is the wife's blown a gasket. Second thought was that I've always been a dedicated "ford guy" and my only other 2 cars are a 88 Mitsubishi van (Best f-ng car I've ever owned for only $800) and a 2003 GMC Savanna 3500 van. I realized I just might be a van guy. We picked up "Lucy" a 64 Econoline pickup and have fallen head over heals for her already. Stumbled on this forum searching for parts a week ago. I thought I was kind of weird being so stoked on an old van/truck or what ever it is but I'm happy to know I'm not alone. Ford guy that I am I'm loving the look of the other makes too. Even the Chevy's. Did I say that out loud? Old vans reek of soul. Having tons of fun with this forum.

Reading posts here is also my daily routine. This site is one of very few websites that I want to visit every day.

Re: This site is awsome!
I am a member of several online lists/groups. I own my '69 A108, a '65 Barracuda, a '41 Plymouth Special Deluxe, and a '76 True Spirit [and numerous other old cars over the years]. So I am always trying to learn new things or searching for parts for one of them. Of all the lists/groups I belong to, this is the only one I do my best to check daily.
I have to tell y'all that this is by far the best group I have ever belonged to...period. We, for the most part get along very well. Everyone is willing to share experiences and step up to help. Everyone is willing to share info on parts or even sell to someone in need. This is a really good group and I hope we can stay this way as long as vans are around.
