Re: 67 supervan carburetor?
The 1100 would have 1 or 2 of those square 4 screw covers on the sides,,,,,and only be a bowl with a top cover,,,,,,,a carburetor rebuild kit would have the gaskets and other parts in it,,,,,,however,,,,,,this Oreillys price sure seems to have doubled in the past year,,,,,,you might find a better deal for the kit elsewhere,,,,,Do you have the Load O Matic distributor which uses a spark valve in the carb?

Re: 67 supervan carburetor?
Is it leaking because it is broken or because there is too much gas in the bowl? you can get the gasket in a kit for $32,,,,,,,,you might just need to rebuild that carb anyways,,,,,I would make a gasket out of gasket material myself if that is all I needed ,,,it is nothing special,,,,,,,maybe some Ford guy has a better deal for you,,,,,

Re: 67 supervan carburetor?
Unless you go to a rebuilder, good luck on just getting the gasket by itself... like Donivan suggested you will need the kit, and then you might as well use all the parts in it and rebuild it yourself. Not hard to do. In regards to it leaking??????? its not uncommon for a bent cover and no matter a new gasket or not it will leak if bent. Careful work can straighten it out if needed. You can make a gasket with a few swear words,, and a good punch set. I recently bought a very trick one that has clear plexiglass on the top and different sized punch holes in it. The different sized punches match the holes in the plastic that exactly also match the metal plate and holes on the bottom of it.
The clear plastic allows you to pefectly align the hole and punch it out very cleanly exactly like a new gasket. You can find the punch set on Ebay or Google it, a good investment over time.

Re: 67 supervan carburetor?
Gas tanks are getting harder and harder to find let alone a good one?? Fred Carillo has a nice conversion to a Mustang tank if you cant find one. I just got another bad tank yesterday to take the filler neck off of and may have one more good tank also????????? dont know till I pull it out.

Re: 67 supervan carburetor?
Mikes Carburator Parts sells just the gaskets and a number of other parts, including jets, rebuild kits and floats. He also has some great troubleshooting stuff on the Autolite 1100 on his site. Here are the parts and gaskets:
http://www.carburetor-parts.com/1100-1101_c_157.html
When I rebuild these 1100 carbs, I find the tops are usually warped, creating vacuum leaks. I have a bench mounted belt sander which flattens them right out. Also, when you dump the little balls out of the body, see which holes they come from. Not all the holes have a ball in them. There's also a little cylinder weight that likes to leave and roll under something under your feet.
