    I bought new seals that fill the gap around the brake and clutch pedals where they go through the floor. I just can't figure out how these guys can go around the pedal shaft. Do they have to be cut?

    Did mine from the top, but had to take off the pads first. -do not have to cut anything

    So you were able to stretch them out far enough to go over the metal parts?

    yes, they stretched, used some dishwash soap to help
