OK I Need Some Opinions

Found a G van panel in Arizona and contacted the owner and am trying to work out a trade for my old tri-hull boat (thats what he's interested in). Here are the pics he sent me



Heres the skinny "68 chevy van, 250ci straight 6 with only 4000 miles on rebuild, 3 on the tree tranny, new battery, new windshield, 5 new tires, new seats, almost 1/2 tank of gas. " Are the doors the same on the side and rear, can the window doors be moved to the rear and visa/versa? I looks like its in pretty good shape....huh? What do you guys think?

I like it to.No cash out of pocket . Whats the boat worth?

About what the van is worth $1000-$1300 Anyone know if the doors will swap and the bumpers HAVE to go.

I dont see a plate light! I think he just bolted it to the back door. Besides I want to do a frenched plate in the door anyhow. The mind is startin to run on all the stuff that I would do to it. We havent hammered out the final deal yet, but it looks promising.

Arizona vehicles as a rule have very little rust, just a whole lot of dust! If this is the case you may have yourself a real KEEPER As for your little door problem, no problem they are inter-changeable, if you feel comfortable driving by your side mirrors when backing up then your exactly where you need your doors to be, if you need the rear windows to backup or check traffic then you'll need to do that swap thing. With these doors you can "french" away all you want!! I like the shortys & this looks like a really nice, nifty 90!

A van with good skin and ya can drive it ! sounds like a deal to me for that money.
