Re: FIRST GEN FLOOR MAT? o[[]]o
Isn't trunk mat material a bit thin and light for this type of use?
All the TMM I've ever seen was mostly for quick-sell-beautification purposes.
For heavy duty sheet goods a trip to Granger's might help.
This one is kind of pricey, but I know the material, and it's very durable, easy to work, non skid, and the 150' roll would make over 25 units (5.5'x3') at a (mats) cost of about $35.00 each.
Floormats from any manufacturer will run much more than that, easily.
3 foot wide would take it up well past the bend and up far enough for enterprising and ingenuitive folks to discover all kinds of tricks.

Mandos,
That seems to be the issue right now. Finding material that is compatable and cost effective at the same time. There is a few of us looking. If you find anything you think may work please let us know.
Thanks,
Dan

Granger's is a great resource, but often on the higher end of the price spectrum.
That, and they like to stay 'Business to Business' rather than sell to the general public.
I nose around here and there, in a few warehouse's now and then, I'll keep my ear to the grindstone.
