Take your pieces to any shop that builds push/pull cables(boat or PTO) and have them fabricate one.

the cable would be the same for the a100 and a108, regarging the cable I may know someone let me look in to it...

don't want to sound like a broken record but check with a major r-v repair shop as the shifter was used into the 90's or later. travco, winnibago, and others used them for years.

I found two of them in my garage. They both have a frayed exterior casing....both work, but not for show.
