Don't remember if I have already posted these pics but in case some of you haven't seen them here are some of my dog. He's a Neopolitan Mastiff and now weighs in at 245 pounds .His name is Thor. In the first three pics he is 10 months old and 185 pounds. He's a real monster now.

actually I feed him a high quality high protein and fat dog food that keeps him strong, muscular with virtually no fat. A 40 pound bag lasts him almost three weeks. His father weighs 295 and his grandfather weighs 315. This is the strongest breed of dog in the world. Still kinda rare here in the USA.

I thought he was big once upon a time when I first saw the first pics... now, you look kinda small Mike Laughing Bet he's a big baby with you! If he's Thor, can I call you Odin now? Great stuff!

yep he is a gentle giant unless someone tries to touch one of us then he gets very protective. Not long ago someone tried to climb our fence and got a very big surprise. Thor jumped at the fence and took down the eight foot section the guy was climbing on. I heard several screams and opened the door to see a young hispanic male screaming bloody murder with Thor on him. I called Thor off and the guy ran away leaving a lot of blood behind. Just so you can get an idea of just how big he is he stands at 6' 2" when on his hind legs, a 32" choke chain won't go over his head, he has a 32" neck and a 51" chest.. His front paws are bigger than my hands and I can put my head in his mouth. At 10 months of age he picked up a 60 pound chow and flung it about 10' through the air. He is now full grown but may still put on a few more pounds. The ancient Romans used these dogs to fight lions in the arena and to bring down elephants. Even Alexander The Great used them as war dogs.

I am surprised that no one noticed that I am wearing a vintage vans t-shirt in some of those pics.
