Thats the rubber seal on the door sticking out. It is a bit loose.. I have never owned a Chevy. This one does have some rust issues on the bottom of the drivers door and on the passengers side under the windshield. He has a good set of doors to go with it though.

The cool thing I've noticed about all the earlies, save for the Corvans, is that they're pretty much designed the same way. To an extent of course....
