kooky, sorry to say van is still apart for paint so I have never got to put any real miles on it. I'm thinking it's not going to very good on fuel , I have a whipple supercharger hanging off the side and a super t10 4 speed. You know I'm going to be playing with it. The main reasons I used the ls was one to lose the fuel smell when stopped and my buddy runs a salvage yard and these motors are pretty much free for me. The only problem is now my buddies have been stuffing them in lots of stuff so there not free any more!!!!!

twin pilot, Mine has all of the stock fuel injection that it came with from gm. I used the harness from the truck and just took the harness apart and used what I needed. One of the easiest harness I had even modified Bob

I have some pictures but not sure how to post, not sure if I have any pictures with it in the stock spot. I moved the motor back 8" and down 2" for room for my supercharger. My wiring harness is one I stripped down, it is actually 7-8 wires by the time you hook up the fuel pump, speed censor, odII port. brake switch . The only major change was I'm running a 99-02 camaro oil pan. The truck pan works but it hangs down 3-4 inches below the axle. My van is lowered so I changed the pan. I even used the truck exhaust manifolds , there close but they fit. Bob

If you need an email let me know you can send them right to me if you like or post them for all to see. is it a 64-66 or 67-69 van im asking because of dog house clerance. I have been talking to a guy about buying one of his vans but don't know wich one he will letgo of yet it will either be a 64 or a 68 I would rather the 64 but will setal for the 68. I need to send my pcm out to delete the security. I have a list of the pinouts I need to take out of the harness. im going to get the motor running on the stand before it goes in . I have some flow masters for it but would like to put some borola instead.

popeye, Mines in a 64, but it had a 67-70 doghouse. There is no way that a ls is going to fit in a stock 64-66 doghouse without major mods. It will fit in a 67-70 if lowered in the frame 2", the truck alt will hit the side . I will have to go through my pictures Bob
