I seem to remember that there are kits for this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I used the kit on Vanishing Breed. There are several posts in these forums about front disc brakes. Try dennis@dddiscbrakes.com

Well it isn't cheap but I'm ordering the D&D set up. I want to make some progress and this looks like just what I need. Thanks!

I did one on my pickup, used a pattern from Roger Mingle for the caliper brackets and when complete I had about $300.00 in it. Power brakes is next...

    Hey Rip,
What did you use for a booster? Is there a thread? (I guess I could have looked!)

Econline, Front Disc Brakes Empty DISC BRAKE INFO

Post by Guest Wed Jan 21, 2009 5:25 pm

I PURCHASED MY DISC BRAKE CONVERSION FROM TSMMFG.COM AND IT ALL FITS GREAT. CHECK OUT THEIR SITE THEY SHOW PICS. OF IT. ALSO, I INSTALLED A BOOSTER/MASTER COMBO UNDER THE FLOOR. THE ONLY PROBLEM WOULD BE THE SHIFTER RODS GETTING IN THE WAY, BUT LIKE THEY SAY; "WHERE THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY" . I HAVE PICS ON MY OTHER POSTS. -GABE-
