Doghouse Cover Misaligned Empty Doghouse Cover Misaligned

    Hey Guys any help?
I've been fighting the exhaust in the cab problem for some time now.
Replacing and adding the neoprene seals between the doghouse and the lid
just does not seem to work out.
I noticed today that the lid does not extend forward enough to completely cover the doghouse front panel by 1/8".
    Could my cover be MISALIGNED?
My next solution is to get the 91 Caravan side window moldings as suggested by FMC.
If that does not work I'm going to cut a vent hole in the back of the doghouse and vent to the outside. That will also cut down on the heat in the cab.

ANY IDEAS? ANYBODY DONE THIS BEFORE SUCCESFULLY?

If your dog house has all the panels like the van has, try looseing all bolts including the floor and sides and push the house tighter together. should be able to gain back that 1/8 of an inch. I noticed this on mine when I was fitting the rad support back in. I had a fair amount of play on all the bolt holes. The lid is hinged at the back and will stay with the back portion of the house.
