by How do you determine what size tire to run on the wheels ,or what tire would fit a 7 1/2 in. wheel.?????

Width wise most tire manufactures will tell you what range of wheel widths will work with a particular tire. The 205/50/r15s on my car, for example, will fit 5.5-7.5" wide wheels, my wheels are 5.5" wide so they work fine.
