Finally got a vault rod, door rod...(I don't know what it's called???)... The rod on the rear door, there's one on the top and the bottom that latch the door closed. Was wondering what kind of clip will work to hold the rod onto the peg behind the door handle?

Over the last few years I think I have tossed out dozens of those clips. You can find them at NAPA....

use 3865443
They have the last four in the world for about $1 each but couldn't be bothered to send them to me internationally for such a small order.

I have a question. How do you get the clips off, once they have been put on? I need to take mine out, but the clips are on there pretty good.

According to GM the clips are one use only.
