I Had a Great Junkyard day ... Came across a 1967 Chevy second gen ... Any way it had a set of Panel doors Both on the side and The Back !!! so I grabbed 2 full sets of real Nice Panel Doors !!! and then I Look down and the gas tank is already out ..Looked at it close ..and it's a the smaller 1st gen Gas tank ..Grabbed that too !!! I didn't Know that a 1967 second gen has a First gen Gas Tank .... in it ??? Have you ever seen this Before ????

But I think the fuel sending unit is a 60 ohm and won't work with our 30 ohm 1st Gen fuel gauge...

So did you have to cut the fitting off? Is the tubing 5/16" ? Is the pick up tube pointing in the right direction? Is the float pivot shaft 4 1/8" down from the top flange? Does it read accurate?
