My 67 would make it, no problem. Have driven it to Baker's twice (1200 mi. round trip), was my main ride for about four years.

just got back from Hoavc`s Havoc east of Des Moines
right at 500 miles round trip with the 68,108 pulling a
good sized pop up trailer, got 11 mpg on the way up
and about 15 comming home, nasty head wind going and
a good tail wind comming home. only used 1/2 quart oil
round trip. not bad for as hard as it got pushed.
seats are 89 chevy blazers.
