2nd Gen. Wiper Problems Empty 2nd Gen. Wiper Problems

While working out a faulty washer pump switch and getting the sprayers to work for the first time I found another problem. When the wipers run for a few minutes they start slowing down, and coming to a complete stop after about four or five minutes. It doesn't matter what speed the switch is set, and if the engine is running or not. The battery is fully charged too.

Any of you had this before, or know how to work out the problem without replacing everything?

I haven't pulled the wiper motor, but figured that was coming.
