Using www.maps.live.com I was able to find an arial photo (or maybe satellite?) of our two vans sitting on the previous owners property!
You can see the teal one and white one in the backyard, and what appears to be two others in the front driveway! Pretty cool...

Wonder what there doing in the house to the right???

I was wondering the same thing! And when I was there in person, I never noticed that stuff...I think the fence was really high and I just didn't bother, was too focused on the project(s) at hand.

Apparently, most of those "satellite" images are actually taken from an aeroplane.... The only shots taken by satellite are the really far away ones....

So the other day I'm sitting here and Tom shows up with his van! He's been working on it all summer....no more dents! He painted it too! Wow! Bumpers came from "69 a 100" on here.
I wish I was working on mine as much. I've got a new distributor waiting to go in and I replaced the driveshaft and ball/trunion but I've only driven it a few times all year due to the problems it's been having and I'm just too busy with other stuff like my house and work at the moment.

Like, WOW. He really got after it!
Is that a slight factory style two tone he's got going on there, or is it just the lighting.
'I feel your pain' on the not being able to do much with yours.

Just the lighting. It's a good 10-footer paint job. He had to strip all the tremclad, house paint, custom paint etc. He fixed all the dents, replaced the rear doors and put in new cat whiskers on the front doors. I was totally shocked! I got outside and juggled my cars and the two of us went crusing around town for an hour in our vans...it was great! I've only had mine out a few times cause it stalls and limps and depresses me.
