one thing you might want to consider is replacing all the hinge pins... that's one way to remove the doors anyway, without relocating the hinge bolt positions.

Sunnskate, any way you can "scale down" the large pic of your van to a small avatar like the rest of us. Having it appear in every single post is confusing and also a space hog in a long thread with a lot of posts by you. You can post the arger pics in your showcase pics of your van.
Now to the doors, its easiest to just unbolt them. Sometimes the bottom hinges fight you a bit due to rusted bolts but an impact wrench usually cures that and shears the bolt off in the process. I do it all the time. Upper bolts generally come right out with an air ratchet.
