When i dropped the belly pan off to do the master cylinder there was an aluminum mushroom shaped thing bolted to the belly pan, so i ran a new earth wire into it (the original was broken) and it's an old style siren like in the 40's and 50's movies , yes it's going back on !
This got me thinking about what my van used to be , it's an 8 door with windows in the back doors , it's never had lights on the roof and never had any sign writing on it ( it's still in the original white paint) it came out of Paradise CA and at some point was in a flood (there was a tide mark in the headlight trims and inside the rear corners ) i'll find out the American owners name in case any of you know him , If old trucks could talk eh !
