Not looking good.
Nobody is showing the front cylinders - 1 3/16ths bore.
Gm #'s are 5460329 & 5460330
These are for 67 - 70 G20 & G30

You might consider a close match and modify the back plate to fit it in.

got2bowl,
Here are some readily available bolt-in replacement cylinders.
Only difference is they are 1 1/8" not 1 3/16" - should not make a big difference.
These cylinders are IDENTICAL in every which way except the bore size.
Raybestos , Wagner and Centric all use the same part number(s) for them : WC14493 & WC14494
You're welcome !

I don't dung about vans but why would "same year just C-20" work any better ?
What is the bore size, hose ftg size, hose angle , bolt pattern etc etc ??
They are either : the same - which means they still won't be available (same part number !) OR they may be "similar" BUT will be different.
What will be different will have to be determined (how and by who ?)
I KNOW that the ones I posted about are IDENTICAL except for bore - why "Richard around" trying to make something else work ?
FYI : the Raybestos kit number for the 1 3/16" cylinders is WK237

Im not saying that a c20 will be the same as i dont know the sizes ,i was just throwing out a possability.Ive only owned my van a short time but havent yet found any vendors that supply the complete line of parts that are available for old trucks.I was happy to get a master and front cylenders from orileys auto parts for my 65.The new front shoes however were to thick for the drums to turn even with the ajusters turned all the way out.

The USA Autoparts site lists front ones from Raybestos, but according to the Raybestos site those are not for the G20, they fit a C20. They may work, but the Raybestos site doesn't list the bore size.
Raybestos does show that they make rebuild kits, but they don't list the bore size either.

The correct wheel cylinders ARE NOT AVAIALABLE ANYWHERE period !
No other parts chain, no other brake parts manufacturer has them, they are obsolete !
I have stated the known alternative : the rest is just "could try" "may work " but none of you KNOW that IT WILL WORK - just a bunch of guess's.
The guy has probably gone on to install disc brakes anyway LOL
