by We kind of got the same discussion going on in another post,,,,,,,,,and it's all good. I got a couple of rear ends laying around and will start checking the dimensions,,,,,,,like if the perches are the same size and if it's only the place where they are mounted that is different. And dig into the just wallow out the hole a 1/4" so the 1st Gen springs fit right into the 2nd Gen perches. There is no wrong way to put a 2nd Gen rear end under a 1st Gen, just DIFFERENT ways,,,,,,,so just keep digging up information....
