Im new to ford vehicles and vans. I just bought a 1965 van with no windows but side doors. There is no rust and no interior and no drive train. Where do I start and where is the best place to get parts? Will post pics later

I would say you need a good radiator and should drop the gas tank and see what condition it is in,,,,,,,,clean it out,,,,,then you need to do the brakes,,,,,,get rid of all those old metal brake lines and hoses,,,,,,,get a new master cylinder,,,,,,,it probably has the single line type master cylinder still on it,,,,,,thats the suicide type,,,,,,1 leak, anywhere, you loose brakes,,,,,,they went to a 2 line one in 1967,,,,,,,that would be a good upgrade that people make. So,,,,,,,the way I see it,,,,,,,the best way to start off when you get a van is clean the gas tank,,,,,,make sure you got a good radiator and replace the brake lines and hoses,,,,,,start off with a good foundation,,,,,these things will cause you trouble,,,,,the rest of your problems are minor,,,,,,,,,
