Baker's of Milford 2010

I have set the date for the 2010 show in Milford, MI. This years Gathering of Early's will be on June 27, 2010. This year I'm sure we will break last year record of early's. Hope to see you there

We are on the calendar so the daughter will have to schedule her grad party on another weekend.

For some of you new people here let me tell you a little about this show. The Baker's show beings alot of cultures together that other van shows don't. We have stock vans , project vans , Hot Rod vans , Rat Rod vans , show vans , Surf vans and vans that look like they did back in the 70's. Everyone welcome , never a charge to come.

This event is always at Baker's of Milford. Baker's is one of the USA's largest weekly criuse-in's. Baker's lets us host our event there every year and helps promote it also. Every Sunday threw the spring & summer there are 500-1200 cars, trucks and other cars you have heard of but maybe never seen. So other than all the great vans there is always a ton to see and do there.

If your van is not the prettiest yet that OK. A lot of works in progess come every year and they are very welcome. If your looking for ideas this is one of the shows you should try to make. If you bleed Ford , Dodge or Chevy and you have questions there are guys there more than willing to help.

Other great things there, You can go to 10 shows and get a goody at each show and they will not be as larger as the goody bag you get at the Baker's show. Avg is 5 to 8 lbs.
We also have awards and there is even a award for the project guys
I always try to plan something new for the show every year. This year I'm planning some special guesses to come. (still working on this)

I get a lot of bigger items donated every year and we have a charity raffle. It does cost to get in on this, but if this isn't something you aren't interested in we have no problem with. I can there you this no one loses in our raffle. Others that have came to the show can tell you that also.

The date is marked in the calendar!! No joke on the goodie bags!! I need to start lifting some weights as I almost didn't make it from Chris' tent back to the A-100 with the goodie bag. I had to stop part way to take a break!! Bar-non one of the most fun shows to go to and the BEST goodie bag anywhere!!!!

Getting close now!!! Today I'm starting putting goodie bags together (big job) And from what I see so far they should be great again.

Your goodie bags are the best.... Got the date blocked out on the calendar, just have to get the van to cooperate by then.
