    Does the fuel inlet in the side of the carb that holds the filter in have a sealing washer that seals the gas from leaking out at the carb where the filter holder threads into the side of the carb? I removed mine today and now it leaks after putting it back together....do I need a new washer?

    yes ioty does =like a metal coated washer- see napa
