I think you nailed it. he said when he bought it was blue but he hIt a turkey out and Julian and had to do some body work and painted It that color.

Good eye Don, that is indeed the one I went to see a few months back when it was for sale, but had no dollars to buy, it was built like a brick house. I just spotted this in my neighborhood, they guy just bought it, was bringing it home for a little TLC.
Original lettering, local plumbing company still in business, 1970 6 cyl 3 on the tree, 44k original miles, Looks like a no door to me, hasnt been driven since 1996. Pretty cool I wll say, has some rust but a ton of patina. I told him about vintage vans but he didnt seem to be an internet type? We'll see. I wished him well and gave him my phone #

He's asking 1500. It has documentation of 44k miles, all paperwork including original invoice and service records and original 1969 mo title. fairly straight. Better than most. Some rust in the roof outside. Some rust down low. Bed floor interior looks good. Original seats. Hasn't run since 1996. Very cool patina. Still has the wooden plumbers shelving inside pretty nice rare project. Nice guy that owns it.

Probably doing the same...off to work. The Blvd is a little less stressful for me in the mornings, not to mention the constant freak show(s) for my morning entertainment. On occasion Motorsport is part of my test ride rout from GP(see your van all the time)...tell Alex and Steve (GP)Jesse said hello.
