how to nominate posts to become noteworthy?

Hello moderators!

Great site and good members
How do we go about giving a heads up if we notice a post that we believe should be made as a noteworthy for everyone to find easily (tutorial post...)

For example this post is really well detailed and I think members would benefit to have easy access to it.

well noted Mr D!... first of all, tell me where is should be listed to be of the most value (i.e. what section of our forum is best...) so those looking for this info will find it etc... then we'll go from there

It is currently in: Between the seats "E"
I think it's the right section but would be nice to keep it at the top as a Noteworthy...

Agreed. Excellent post that should not get lost.

We could move this to the Archives section. There's not but 12 topics there at present.
