    Pickup Exhaust Empty Pickup Exhaust

Post by Trainmaster Sun Apr 26, 2020 10:23 am

Eleven years have passed since I replaced the exhaust on my '67 Pickup.  I had bought the two pipes and muffler from Mac's.  Now the pipes are rusting through and Macs doesn't make them any more.

The Pickup has a short pipe that ends just behind the transmission.

Anyone have any thoughts on where I can find or who will make a proper replacement?

    Thanks, as always!

I believe someone on here once posted a pic of a flowmaster muffler that was a direct replacement of the original.  You should be able to find something that fits. Hopefully someone will jump in and let you know for sure...

I just tried using the Search tab at the top of the page. Just type exhaust and search on that. There are quite a few threads on the subject. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Thanks! Looking for a stock setup for the 170. All I find is noisy mufflers and no pipes.

I would try Summit Racing or Jeggs or one of the other autoparts sites and if you're having trouble finding it, they usually have a number you can call for assistance...Please let us know if you find something so the next person will be able to find it as well. Good luck with the search!

You'll probably have to go to a muffler shop and have them fab up a new system.
