Oh yeah and if you're looking for some adjustment on the shifter. At the shifter mechanism, remove the grease fitting and rotate the collar so you can see the pin. Have a friend go and move the shifter all the way up and all the way down. Watch that the pin doesn't top out or bottom out on the top or bottom lever. If it does, loosen the bracket for whole mechanism on the steering column base and adjust up or down accordingly. Also, be sure that both the top and bottom levers line up perfectly in neutral so the pin isn't catching. You can do this by lining the levers up and adjusting the shift linkages back and forth from the trans.
Another thing we did was every so slightly grind down the edge of the shift levers, so the pin doesn't catch the sharp corners and allowing for it to glide between the levers. Makes shifting much smoother!
