Source for nylon inserts ?

Hi All,

I am looking for the small nylon inserts that the headlight trim ring screws screw into. I have not been able to find inserts that small.

Has anyone found a source for these inserts? I broke a couple of them getting them out.

Maybe a 3D-printer shop might be a solution? I'm thinking of buying one myself, exactly for such things.
