    Has anybody else here seen the Target parking lot signs? They feature a happy looking family in a silver Early. The photo is photoshopped quite a bit yet it is clearly an Early G.

    yea i call the corperate office and another company makes those target will not sell or give away they throw them away when their done with them messed up

    You need to find someone who works at Target to "put one aside" when they take them down. That would be an excellent Van Cave item for sure!!! What a Face

    They are all over in MN too, national campaign I guess.

    My wife and I were at a Target register the other day and I made a comment to the girl working it about the van advertisement. Then my wife spoke up and told her we have a van like that at home.

    The girl smiled and said "You have a Volkswagen?"

    That's when the the lesson started..

    And I am totally sure she didn't hear a thing I said.

    I'm not advocating criminal activity, But it seems target has left us no choice. Clearly these signs must be saved for future generations!

    Slightly photo shopped yet I like that it grill is filled in. Looks cleaner. Might paint mine silver. P.S. "Nice Volkswagen". I hear that alot. Even had a parts guy come out from his CarQuest counter to look at it, after he had sold me Chevy parts, and tell me it was a Volkswagen bus. Kindof amazing, and he was an old guy.

    I was wondering when this topic was gonna show up on the forums. Here is the picture of G10-esque van mentioned. These are posted on the cart racks in almost every target parking lot I have seen, well at least in Oregon and California. No rear view mirrors, three on the tree & three on the doghouse!
