    Hi,
I am new to this forum but not to building cars, I have been building / modifying cars for longer than I care to (or can) remember. I have build many Chevys and a couple of Fords but never a Dodge. About a year ago I decided to sell my 57 Chevy Delivery and get out of cars for good (not as young as I once was). Well that lasted for about three months, then I spotted a A108 on Craigs list, and as they say the rest is history.

As I stated before I come from a Chevy world were parts are plentiful and reasonably priced. Then I entered the world of Dodge "A" series, where parts are not reproduced and used ones are hard to find (still looking for a gas pedal 9 months and counting). I about fell out of my chair when I went to Summit to get a few parts to freshen up the old 318. You know some roller rockers, Edelbrock heads, intake manifold, ETC.

Well it's to late to turn back now, I am committed to bring the old van back to life better than she was before. Thanks in advance for the help that I will receiving from all of you. I will be asking a lot of questions I am sure.

Welcome to Vintage Vans, Keith! Lots of helpful people here with plenty of knowledge and experience. I'm sure some of the Mopar guys can point you in the right direction. Just ask any questions and someone will jump in to help in any way that they can... Very Happy

    Thanks for the warm welcome,

Unfortunately the van did not come with a peddle assembly when I bought it.

I am thinking about trying one of these.
    Hotrod Spoon Gas Pedal
Of course, it will require some modifications for a van.

Welcome to the forum Keith! You have entered a world of old school part sourcing and making do with what you have and straight up making if need be with that Dodge. Good luck and have fun!
