    Hey guys,
Just wondering if there is another vehicles front sway bar will work on 1st gen vans? I know that there will not be a direct bolt in, but is there something close to match. Ideas anyone?

There is a direct bolt in,

These came with a front sway bar as an option. You need to search for parts vans to find the bar and the four brackets. the bushings and links are all availible new.

The position/width at the end links is pretty critical as the drag link runs near to the same area. The radiator is also in a position that makes the arm length important, toss in a dual MC conversion and its more so. Toss in a front disc conversion and there it is again. The stock swaybar works with all this with the least amount of modifications. A person might be able to find one that could be reverse mounted to the axle and end link to the frame ? But that would have to be a very narrow setup as swaybars go and perhaps not as effective. JM2C

I ended up, after M1D's disk brakes and a dual master brake cylinder, putting my anti-sway on upside down and mounting it about 2" lower on aluminum blocks to clear the master and the radiator. After quite a bit of cursing it worked out well. Kind of an eyeball thing actually as once you get it up close it will be pretty obious what spaces you have to fill. Good luck.
