Baker's of Milford Gathering of Early's 2012

Holding tight here to see what the weather does. Sounds like some strong ones rolling through late afternoon. Here at home they're saying 50-60 mph gusts with some hail around 4-5 pm, just when we'd be getting home. I keep refreshing twc.com every 10 seconds looking for some good news;)

Day started off bad, but thanks to AAA and a tow truck to drop the pickup at Baker's we arrived for another great evant. 57 vans this year, and as always great people, dash plaques, and goodie bags. Only had a few sprinkles of rain, and it didn't get hot until about 4pm. Looking forward to next year already. Thanks to Chris and all his helpers.

Great show today, new record 57 vans, as always you vanners blew me away. Thanks to Billski for his help. As always Bill is there to always help. Bill took over the goodie bags getting them ready (big job) and his great new ideas for doing things at the show ideas that I will use for now on. Thanks to Digz (Joe) for his help hauling stuff there and helping Bill finish up the day before the show. A also thank you Duane (67a100 pickup) for helping with the raffle threw out the day and the end. And also would like to thank Duane for bring his pickup ever through he broke down and instead of hauling it home had it towed to Baker's for the show. New Thank you to all the vanners for there well wishs as I get threw this tuff time. Without you Baker's is just a word. Thanks to the great people of Baker's who let us come there every year and promote the show on there web site.

Chris,Bill thanks so much for doing this show and as the internet tied for 3rd place award winner a few years back I still wear the bakers badge in my wing window!!!! Can't wait to see a few pics . Bill

We had some new guys show up. This 61 Econo belongs to Dave from Flint MI.

It really was a tremendous day!

Just got home. Awsome show with a great turnout. Always great to see the Bakers attendees every year. Chris and Bill as always did an over the top job with numerous prizes of all varieties. Killer day and the icing on the cake is my new 68 E300 van I got on the way up to Bakers yesterday. Can't wait til next year. Bakers is never a let down. Word is spreading what a great time it is so don't miss it next time.

Damn.... do I suck!!! I had Bakers written down on my calendar for next weekend.... What is the kicker is the A-100 was loaded and ready to go over... He did I screw this one up? Sorry I missed what looks like a killer turn out!!

Thanks Chris, I am still scratching my head wondering how I F-ed up... HAHAHAH. Ya, I saw Pat Spears was there this year. Talk to Pat down in Bowling Green on Fathers day weekend. Danny Dodge was down there too.
