Baker's of Milford Gathering of Early's 2012

I have made the date for next years show. June 24, 2012. Going to be hard to beat the last years record of 54 vans, but as all of you know I will try to make 2012 better than last year. Already have some cool things in the works

Here a little thing I'm working on. This year there maybe two shows. Working with a local sports bars to host a smaller show on the Saturday before Baker's. This will be something to do that day for the campers coming to my house before Baker's

New Award this year!!! In memory of Duane (gp70) There now will be a gp70 award. This award we be judged by someone who knew Duane and the judges will change yearly. This year judge will be HemiA100.

Thats an honorable thing to do.Way to go G !

Working on the first infor for this years show. The first information will be a mailed flyer. Most of the shows updates are emails now, but alot of people didn't get to emails for some reason so I'm sending everyone on my mailing list the first information with what I think is some exciting news. Won't let the cat out of the bag yet, but I sure many will like whats going to be happening on Saturday before Baker's. I will say this in the letter I'm directing them to here to keep up on updates if they are not getting the emails

Mailer went out Monday, you guys on my mailing list should see them anytime soon.

This is what was said in the mailer, This year the day before Baker's there will be another van show at the Shark Club of Howell from 3-??? We will be having dinner there that nite. This is a Big place with good food, pool tables and a large bar. This show will be run by the Shark Club. Working right now for something later that nite at my place for the campers. If your local and not a camper you also are welcome to whats going on that day @ the Shark Club and what will be happening at my place later. If you can't make it to Baker's feel free to come out Saturday if thats all you can do. Here the Shark Clubs web site

only a few months away now, have to get going alot to do in that few months but always worth my time. Called Chris Baker and as always he's exited we are coming

I'm giving all the Baker's stuff to billski, he will be running Baker's this year. I hope a few of you can help him that day. Just found out I have cancer and not sure of my health in a few months. Camping at my house has been canceled and the Shark Club show has also been canceled. I'm hoping to make the show, but not sure right now.

Chris, that is a shock....Hope things turn out better with the DOC, and it is not as bad as they lead you to believe. We'll put you in our prayers.

Stay positive Bro, Prayers going up.

My dad was diagnosed with cancer last year and after treatments he is .001% now. IT CAN BE BEAT!!!! And IT will...Have you in our prayers. Try to stay positive, and I no it's going to be a bit of a struggle but you will prevale.

Chris I'm sadden by your news, I know this is a big blow for you. Taking care of yourself for your family must come first and I wil keep them & you in my prayers.

G-Man, I don't know what can be said that has not been said except you and your family are in my thoughts. Stay positive.
