    Ive always longed for a super duty truck..Im a Ford guy, a ford truck guy, even though my current ride is an expedition...but thanks to my daughter I took a peek at this truck..

    The attentions to detail in the interior are what really got me on this thing...as well as the overall styling and look of the truck...Im somewhat dissapointed in the 2011 ford super duty grills, kind of overkill? JMHO

    I absolutely fell in love with this thing and never ever considered buying a dodge over a ford but.....Im looking, any thoughts anybody? Stickers at around $47K

    Ive never bought a new vehicle, car or truck in my life!

    That's not a truck, that's a luxury yacht!
    Take a look at the Tradesman. 23K, hemi, and rubber floor mats so you can hose it out! Very Happy

    There's alot of Bling on that baby !! Have ya test drove it yet? When it comes to PU trucks Im a dodge guy, tho ford would be my second choice. They both do well in driver comfort.

    just remember- when u r thru paying for it u will have atleast 2 times what u paid for it with intrest ??????????????????????????????????????DUHHHHHHHH
    Now=Im my meager way of thinking?? Is it not better to take that money-new truck will costs- even the monthly payment??= and fix / rebui;d something that we all are into? Maybe doing all the paint / suspension & mechanical ?? could even be done in a shop for what the new stuff costs?? Likely - its not our only newer vehicle we have to use daily=??????????????????????????????????? affraid
    personally=Im thru buying new vehicles and everything I own as of next year will have antique / collector plates on them & Guess what=?? No longer have to pay any lisence fees / plate fees!! What a concept!! That alone will save me around 500 a year - think ill take that 500 bucks & go to the nats & bakers next year. Happy Vannin!!

    A friend of mine has an extended cab (2011?) version that I drool over. He tows a 27' cruiser and loves both of them. Says he kind of forgets the boat's even back there thanks to what they've done to the suspension.

    His story about the dealership:
    He was getting financing thru the credit union, but the dealer wouldn't release the truck without the big check. Credit Union won't release the check without the title. My friend says there are two sets of keys on the desk, his old truck's and the new truck's. He loves them both of those Hemi Dodges and he's going home happy in one of them.
    He brought the new one home.

    47K????? You hit your head alright, have you had an x-ray/ct scan yet?? That just tells me my '03 chevy is never getting replaced.

    Been looking, test drove the ram, they gave me $50 for my time.... stickers at 48, after rebates and negotiating it sells at 40k..looking at the ford super duty but Im having trouble warming up to that pig of a grill? Super Duty with a gas sells for around the same price, just not as flashy, but a lot tougher of a truck!

    Heck = we can still by houses for less than that!! 40K - and then Intrests charges on top Go figure- 100k on payout!!! Whats to consider ?? Dumb - or =DUMBER??--- Just dont make sence ?/

    I dont know about Illinois area laws - here in wash & Idaho- the boating laws on drinking have become the same as when driving a car!! .08 & ur done affraid so = always sober is a good one

    My brother had a Dodge and I had a 250 Super duty with V10. I got better mileage and could tow more. Mine was a crew cab 4x4 with long bed and his was a a 4x2 extended cab with short bed. He paid more for his. I would go with the 250 super duty Harley Davidson model or a 350 or 450 super duty. I am considering a 450 right now but really like the Harley Davidson model 250.
